Years of quality work in the Helderberg basin has seen us taking on major home & office renovations, exterior painting jobs, interior design & decoration of spaces big and small. We work closely with contractors, landscape professionals, architects and tradesmen of all disciplines all in an effort to minimize headaches for our clients and design them gorgeous spaces in which they can live and/or work.

Stuart's Hill

Old-world meets modern lifestyle.

  • Kitchen: from tiny to spacious farmhouse-style
  • Replaced old tiles with new epoxy flooring
  • Wallpaper for feature wall
  • All new appliances
  • Antique furniture made and sourced specifically for kitchen
  • Broke out pillars, walls and added an I-beam to expand the space while retaining structural integrity

Jasmine House

Lace Interiors managed a complete renovation of Jasmine House, morphing what used to be an old house in downtown Somerset West into Babette's Restaurant as well as spaces for multiple retail outlets.

  • Exterior painting of entire building
  • Tiling
  • Landscaping of Babette's outer courtyard
  • Bathroom renovations
  • Refurbished original oregon pine flooring in Jasmine House and added laminate flooring to Babette's Restaurant

Zulch Project

A year-long passion project spent planning every inch of the kitchen to the client's exact specifications, leading up to a 1-month renovation which produced this stunning matte black kitchen.

  • Replaced old tiles with new tile flooring
  • New lighting
  • Broke out existing fixtures and re-designed an entirely new, functional kitchen space

Painting in Parelvallei

One of our specialties - exterior painting! This home is a stunner, and even the more so with a fresh coat of paint!

Though this shop is no longer open, the project was nonetheless a fantastic opportunity and test of our skills, that had us shopfitting, designing and decorating!
